Return Policy

You can return any product for FREE and we will refund your money within 5 working days, in case the return is due to a mistake of the company (the return can be done by issuing a credit or by refund).

If you want to return the product for your personal reasons, without any mistake of our company, then the shipping costs will be covered by you. You can ONLY make one change in each product.

IMPORTANT: To return your order you must first know the order number and choose the return or exchange (color or size). We can not do this without these details, so please make sure you complete and include the “return form” in your package. Also in case of exchange, make sure you include the desired size or color in the “return form”.

The customer can withdraw the sale within 7 days from the shipment of the product and at his own expense return it to the company. The company is entitled to accept the return of the product ONLY if the packaging has not been violated and is accompanied by proof of payment. Also, the “return form” that you will find here should be completed and sent. The refund money is sent within 10 working days of receiving the product.

The refund can be made by issuing a credit or by refund.

Change in Color or Size
You can exchange the product for a different size or color within 7 days of receiving your original order. In this case the return costs and the costs of the new shipment are covered by you. If the change is due to a mistake of the company, the corresponding costs are covered by us. You can ONLY make one change in each product.
Just note the details of the replacement on the “return form” you received with your order.
If you want to return your product for an exchange in size or color, we will send the replacement to the pre-order delivery address on your order unless you fill in a new one in the corresponding field on the return form.
All goods will be inspected upon return to the company.
The products arrive at our company at your own risk, so you must make sure that they are properly packaged (not necessarily in their original packaging) and can not be damaged on the road!
In case a product is returned in unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you.
The company does not bear any responsibility for any products that have been returned to us by mistake.
We recommend that you keep the post office / courier receipt until the return process is complete and receive our email stating that we have received your return.
We can exchange the product for a different size or color of the same product. If you would like a different product, you will need to place a new order.

If you want to replace the product with a different size or color, you will have to return the product and place a new order again through the e-shop.
Make sure you use a postal service that assures you of the value of the returned products and always receive proof of shipment.
Carriers deliver parcels during normal business hours and may require a signature to pick up, so we recommend that your order be delivered to a business address rather than a home address.
Each duty is charged when the order arrives in the country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Because political and customs charges vary considerably from country to country, we suggest contacting your local customs office for more information. When there are customs charges they can affect the delivery time of your parcel.
We inform you that in case of a national holiday / holiday in your country, deliveries will probably not take place. In this case, please wait for your order to arrive the next business day.
